- CM YEMIMA (3 weeks ago):
I had such a wonderful experience at Boucherie Union Square! The Parisian-inspired interior is absolutely stunning and creates the perfect atmosphere for a special meal. Every dish was beautifully presented and full of flavor, but the lobster linguine was definitely my favorite (fresh, rich, and perfectly cooked). The handcrafted cocktails were delicious, and the desserts were the perfect way to end the evening. The service was attentive and welcoming, making the entire experience even more memorable. I can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful time here for NYC summer restaurant week! For appetizers we got the crispy artichokes, steak tartare, and gazpacho (we all loved each of our dishes), for entrees we had steak frites and the saumon (we LOVED the sauces for both of those!!! Absolutely delicious), and we all got the apricot clafouti for dessert and enjoyed it!! A fabulous time, and our waiter was so friendly and wonderful with incredible service all around!! We also started out with three cocktails - La Vie En Rose, Rebirth of Cool, and La Agitateur - all were delicious, but we loved the overall balance and taste of La Vie en Rose!!

I had such an amazing experience at this bar honestly, everything felt perfect. The atmosphere is incredible, super cozy yet vibrant, and the food was absolutely delicious. It’s one of those places where you just don’t want to leave. But I have to give a special shoutout to Adam, the bartender he truly made the whole night unforgettable. I have pretty specific taste when it comes to cocktails, and somehow he understood exactly what I wanted without me even fully explaining it. Every drink he made was perfectly balanced and felt completely personalized. You can tell Adam genuinely cares about his craft not just mixing drinks, but creating an experience. His attention to detail, professionalism, and positive energy are on another level. He didn’t just make great cocktails, he made me feel taken care of and special. If you go here, definitely sit at the bar and ask for Adam he’s the kind of bartender that turns a good night into an unforgettable one. I’ll 100% be coming back.

This restaurant was actually on my list of places I wanted to visit. So, I took a trip there on a Saturday. The restaurant itself is lovely as far as looks and atmosphere are concerned. However, I am very big on service and I enjoy good food and that is where this went wrong for me. The service was lackluster. They left me waiting to order, waiting for food and it just felt like they could have done so much better. I even attempted to get the hostess’s attention to get my waiter back to my table and she walked right past me. The food was not that great. I had a steak sandwich, Brussel sprouts, wine and one other dish which I can’t quite recall at the moment. The food was just ok. I won’t be back to this location based on the service alone. It was a solo date and for the price of $175 and change, I expect much more than what I got.

We had a fantastic experience at Boucherie. We decided to sit at the bar, and it turned out to be a great choice. The bartenders were welcoming, attentive, and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. We ordered the Boucherie Burger with Wagyu beef and the Sandwich au Boeuf. Both were outstanding. The Wagyu burger was perfectly cooked, incredibly juicy, and full of flavor with the Gruyère cheese and crispy onions. The Sandwich au Boeuf was just as impressive, with tender steak, caramelized onions, and a delicious horseradish aioli on fresh toasted baguette. The fries were crispy and seasoned perfectly. The food, service, and atmosphere were all excellent. We will definitely be back and highly recommend Boucherie to anyone looking for a great meal in NYC.

Just outstanding! The photos tell the story, everything was great: bone marrow, escargot, carpaccio, beef bourguignon, pasta with lobster, steak, salmon - and the desserts?!? Wow. Great wine list as well. The service was amazing, and it wasn’t just our great servers, it was the Somm, GM (thank you!) and everyone we encountered. And the place looks and feels great. A really great experience that shouldn’t be missed if you want great French in NYC.

I met up with a friend for lunch at Boucherie Union Square and I had a great experience. The atmosphere was lovely—the doors were open and a lovely breeze kept us cool. The ambience was relaxed and though I’ve not been to France, I can imagine it feeling like this. Devin, our server, was warm and welcoming. He provided us with excellent service on a day when they were understaffed. The food was delicious and my latte was yummy. I know decorative foam is retry customary these days and yet, the flower decorating my latte was pretty enough to photograph. I highly recommend Boucherie Union Square.

An amazing experience here! Gaudi was absolutely amazing and provided such amazing service. The food was so yummy and I loveddd the custom spritz Gaudi served me after I told him I wanted something fruity and bubbly. 10/10 recommend and will be back
